Well, after seeing it sit in the cupboard for over a year, I decided a month ago to paint that stupid Goblin army and get it done finally. The washes were key to this plan, after seeing proximity's lovely daemons done in much the same way. They are simply fantastic, and I have been able to paint batches of 20 in single afternoons.
Now, one month and 4 pots of Leviathan purple later, I've entered the final stages of the army, with only 20 command models and 5 characters left to go. Needless to say I'll post pics later in the week when it's done, but for now I'll leave you with a taste of what's to come
